Michelle Dick is a professional makeup artist, hair stylist, and co-owner of The Diane Dick Agency, with a career rooted in fashion, beauty, and the professional modeling industry.

​

Her work spans fashion, editorial, commercial, and lifestyle productions, with clients including JCPenney, Lucchese, Banana Republic, and many others. Working alongside photographers, models, stylists, creative directors, and production teams, Michelle brings an experienced eye for beauty that translates effortlessly on camera and on set.

Known for her ability to create everything from polished, natural beauty to elevated editorial looks, Michelle understands that great beauty work is about more than makeup and hair—it is about understanding the person, the camera, the brand, and the creative vision.

At The Diane Dick Agency, Michelle combines her experience behind the scenes with a passion for developing talent. She brings current industry knowledge and firsthand experience to the models and creatives she works with, helping them understand how to present themselves, prepare for set, and work professionally within the industry.

Booking Conditions

All model rates including lingerie/underwear will be published separately.
All usage rights are limited to the specific rights granted and must be negotiated as rates apply to shooting time only.

Travel Time:

Full Fee. Client must specify travel arrangements/details.

Makeup & Hair Time:

Full Fee Time and One-Half: Before 9:00 a.m. and after 5:30 p.m. Dayrate bookings are eight hours between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. There is an agency service charge of 20% on all USA bookings and usage fees. All foreign billing will be charged at 20%. A finance charge of 2.5% per month will be applied to all invoices not paid within 30 days.

Products:

Please check all consumer product bookings for conflicts and rates. No bookings for consumer product packages, riser cards, posters, use of models names, hang tags, or any display material, package inserts, etc. may be made without specific clearance.

Advertorial:

Must be negotiated on an individual model basis in advance of booking.

Cancellations:

Cancellations of definite bookings within five working days of the beginning of the booking will be charged at half fee - within three working days, full fee.

Tentative Bookings:

Tentative bookings may be cancelled at any time by either the model or the client at no charge. If the client does not release or confirm tentative bookings, the agency reserves the right to cancel.

Weather Permits:

All same day cancellations - half fee. Weather permits cancellations made earlier subject to normal cancellation policy.

Video & Film:

All bookings involving motion picture film or video recording must be negotiated in advance.

Doubles, Triples:

When booking involves more than one model, it is the client's responsibility to inform the agency.

Lingerie/Underwear:

Must be done on closed set and the client must specify type of lingerie. All lingerie - is charged at double time.

Changing Facilities:

Client must provide private CHANGING FACILITIES on all bookings including location.

Experimental, Job Spec, Test Shooting:

Models may not sign a photographic release and photographer may not use pictures unless specified arrangements have been made with agency prior to the shooting.

Fashion Print, Commercial Print, Trunk Showings, Billboard, Promotionals, Runway shows, Editorial Print, Catalog Print, Showrooms, Convention showings, Audio, Video, Seminars, Spokesperson-MC, Motivational Speakers, Talent (voiceover, social media influencers, vocal, dance, makeup artists, clothing/hair stylists, etc.)
