* WEATHER PERMIT ON CONFIRMED BOOKINGS: ALL SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS- HALF FEE IF SERVICES ARE IMMEDIATELY RESCHEDULED; SERVICES NOT RESCHEDULED, FULL FEE. WEATHER PERMIT CANCELLATIONS MADE EARLIER ARE SUBJECT TO NORMAL
